Core Labs Tilting Icicle 2.0 Overhaul (First modular engine car overhaul)

Description
The first modular engine car that i'm aware of is the CLTI. Created in experimental mode. It had a few issues. You could not change the coolant. You could not drain the oil... It didn't idle right... AND most of all... YOU COULD NOT EVEN JACK UP THE CAR??!!!! So I overhauled my car, made it street legal, fixed the gearbox, and added a cruise control that currently doesn't work. I mean SOMETHING has to not work! Also it CAN drive underwater but make sure to keep the electric managed. Added more fuel as well...
