[AB+] No D4! (The Lost)

Description
The D4 becomes pretty useless once you unlock "Lost holds Holy Mantle", so The Lost wont start with it anymore :)
(the reason why it becomes kinda useless is because it rerolls holy mantle on ab+, in case you didnt know)

context for the comments: some people were saying "just buy repentance/holy mantle cant get rerolled in rep" so i removed them and added "[AB+]" to the title
