Primitive Galaxy X5 Patch

Description
Small patch for Primitive Galaxy that makes the x15 spawn down back to x5. Extremely reducing the chance of Species tab lag/crash.

Requires Primitive Galaxy.
Load Order:

This does do as it says. Actually I'm liking the x5 better than the x15 and it also does reduce the species tab lag by a significant degree.
