Yes in fact it is darker.

It very useful but I can't see very well on it too!

i'd like to see something like this which replaces the point light with the simpler type of light as not to make the floodlight useless, dunno if its possible tho i assume it would just be a patch that can do that

Hi @Senpai-kun(GBS) :3. Its normal , as we removed point light.The light does not travel in the space. .-.

it removes point light,lights that make "shadows" ceases to exist ,in my case my character light is gone,can't see a thing in the night without torches now

Well, I suggest adding some sample images, such as the last mod... Although I understand Fskip, but still I can't figure out what "juice" is

By QoL I meant that it affects how the game looks in a way that I like. And I agree - a "magic performance enhancer" is just too good to be true. There's always a tradeoff, but this one is a good trade.

I've been playing around with it, and testing a few different lights. I really like the change, overall.

Just wish I had a better set of lights for my builds, something that has a bigger area of effect... but that's a completely different issue lol.

Hi , @Drake Faewylde.I wish you give a real try.The mods does not impact the quality of life of the games, aswell i don't sell the idea of magic perfomance booster.Like i explained to another user i use my programming experience to tweaking config with specific goal without breaking the game feelins. Comparatively to the png compressing or the backgrounds removal.The initial mod is minimalistic due to the diversity of the community, addons are there to fill the needs of everyone.This allow to make a specific build of the mod that will fit your machine.

At first the mod was my personal tool, cause the game was poor on my i5.Wich deceive me cause its my new pc.Now i can play jump fight smoothly.(i have a integrated intel graphic card).

Hi , @ReeceyBar. A point light is the mechanic that simulated the light travel in all direction.That give it a sense of realism behaviors.The bes example is the way a candle ligth with a moving flame.In short , it's the mechanics physics of the light behavior.
