Infantry Settings

Description
- Restrict Vehicles vs. Infantry
I'm spending probably more than 90% of my gameplay on foot and some vehicles can be quite annoying at times and this is my solution to a more fun infantry experience, without sacrificing the "grand battle" atmosphere around you by turning off the ability of some or even all vehicles to fire at "soft targets".

AI will still shoot from passenger seats if they can, this is intended! But no onboard/mounted weapons are being used.

- Set Health, Balance and Walking Speeds of Eagle AI, Raven AI and the Player seperately.

- Disclaimer:
Note that there is no reliable way to distinguish between, i.e. jeeps and APCs. Ground vehicles are only distinguishiable by either having wheels or tracks (meaning they can turn on the spot). This means that a jeep and a wheeled apc are both treated as "wheeled".

@Barsick19 Balance is, like, how 'Balanced' you are on your feet. When you reach 0 Balance, you get knocked down. Its how you see bots fall down after like 2-3 shots even if they are still alive, because they ran out of Balance

@NeverGer_84 @Puffy United @WOOoooOOoOoOOoOO
more "Balance" means you're less likely to fall over when being shot at basically
