Description
H5 HAYABUSA is bullet trains of the JR Hokkaido railway company.

Max speed : 258km/h (10 cars connected), 254km/h (1st car only).

R-BUS system adopted.

control
Main switches are on the right wall of the cab.
You have to turn on the "Power" key switch to activate generator and monitors.
You have to switch the "Access Control Request" to get control.
An indicator above flip switch tells you if the train has Access control.

[a]/[d] brake
[w]/[s] throttle
[up]/[down] shift direction (forward, neutral, reverse)
[left]/[right] door
[1] switch point
[2] head light
[3] emergency brake
[4] toggle front joint status
[5] toggle rear joint status

Synchronized function
These HAYABUSA trains use R-BUS deriving system number 8823.
  • Number channels
    16 : door side
    17 : Heater set point
    18 : destination
  • On / Off channels
    16 : right door
    17 : left door
    18 : guest room light
    19 : roll sign
    20 : heater
    21 : head light

Common functions

Emergency door c0ck
You can forcibly open all doors of the train by turning on keys above doors.

Intermediate trains
  • They have local heater and room light switch.
  • They can open or close doors from outside buttons.
  • You can close doors by turning the reset door c0ck key from inside.
  • These buttons or switches are invisible as usual. You can find them by opening sliding hatches anywhere.

The individual monitors inside each car dont seem to turn on. Am I missing anything??
