Changes the post-rally unbreakable window from 60s to 15s. For reference, it's 10s in Warhammer2.

What is that? When a unit rallies from a rout, it can't rout again (=unbreakable) for X time, by default a whole minute in Troy.

Yes, that may have been the reason why that unit of skirmishers was refusing to rout after you turned your back an instant.

Of course, this applies to player troops as well, it's a base rule.
