Silent Hill Safe Room and Arrows

Description
Because Pyramid Head was removed for whatever reason I had to add him in some way into the game for otherwise the Silent Hill mod feels incomplete without him. This has pyramid head guiding you to the safe room and the Order of Valtiel Symbol next to the entrance. There was a mod on the workshop which did a similar thing but it too for whatever reason was removed as well and I have no expertise in modeling so I could put Pyramid head into the game. If anyone does, please add him back!
