Plan A: Semi-Stealth
Use a disguise to blend in with the generator workers, shut of the electronic security mainframe, then its as simple as walking into the vault. No alarms. No loud drills. Importantly no cops.

Plan B: Loud
Simple really, I bought you a new drill. Powered by lasers. Carry it to the vault and deactivate the locking mechanism, This will raise the alarm so act fast.

{INCOMING TRANSMISSION} So robbers. We have contracted you to rob West Playgroundia Bank right after President Carbine's fraud was exposed, the money will be laundered through gold. Intercept the shipment. I found two plans, we either break the lock with a high power drill or use a Secret Service Security Cheif's visit to check electrical security for faults. To our advantage. Nah, I made a tactic worthy of the Drax Mercenary Disposal Group; drive into back of the bank with a car, jump out at the last seconds, car collides with generator and explodes, disorienting security and causing heavy damage. Then, attack with two operatives with assault rifles (burst rifles if you want), kill the remaining enemies, quickly take fortune and drive away in an armored truck. Though I don't know why Drax would ever want a few gold bars...
