Glass Plate Camera ancillary Fix

Description
Changes the FOTS glass plate camera ancillary so it's a buff of -5% chance of being killed instead of a debuff of 5% extra chance of being being killed. Should be compatible with most mods.

its basically unlucky charm indicating that you can pick only one but pros like +fames shouldve had been added

Yeah, I was always curious as to why a developer would think anyone would choose something with absolutely no buffs over something that would.
