Description
This is same mod as Attributes Tweaks (Attribute Insanity 3.0 tweak), except there is no 7-point difference mechanics. As somebody requested.

Attention: I've not tested if this works, but I did remove script parts that were responsible for 7-point difference mechanics, therefore it should work.

Attribute changes:
  • Speed: +1 initiative, +3% movement speed, +1% dodging. Your attacks and targetted spells may repeat up to once per turn per each 7 Speed you have more than your target. -> +1 initiative, +3% movement speed, +1% dodging.
  • Magic: 1% chance to reset all cooldowns on skill use. Status effects you apply will increase duration by 1 turn per every 7 Magic more you have than your opponent. -> 1% chance to reset all cooldowns on skill use.

Odd that the Skill reset from a high Magic stat was retained but the status effect duration increase was not. The former is far more potent than the latter. Is there any chance a toggle could be made that would remove both or either? If not, any chance on there being yet another variant of this mod with neither benefit?

So, I also tried the suggested load order with the original mod in order to keep the changed skills:
1 - The Void-Touched skill icons remained
2 - It did not prevent the 7 Speed from proccing.

If there is any chance you would be willing to poke around with it and update a fix, it would be greatly appreciated.

So, two things I learned from this experience:
1 - It breaks the Void-Touched skills icons.
2 - No it does not prevent the 7 speed and 7 magic from proccing.

I'm not sure, but you can try loading this after original mod (in mods order) and see if it overrides enough stuff. This mod is pretty safe to enable/disable midgames, from my own testing (did it a good dozen of times while tweaking it).

Does this apply to the original mod with the skills increases too? Mostly curious because Speed goes crazy later on lol

I did miss some additional stuff in Speed script, I deleted and tested it a bit, now seems to be working as intended. Magic is working without any additional tweaks.
