Arrest and Release

Description
Arresting your colonists during mental breaks only to immediately release them for the chance at a different mental break has become a bit more micro since the 1.3 update.

Introducing the Arrest and release command, which allows you to arrest a colonist and immediately release them in just one click.
  • You don't need to have a prison to use this command, just a room that *could* be a prison if you were to place a sleeping spot inside.
  • The arrestee also doesn't drop their weapon or their inventory so you don't have to micro-manage them to pick everything back up.

This mod tries to stay true to the vanilla mechanics. You shouldn't be able to do anything you couldn't do before; you just don't have to click as much. As such:
  • If the arresting pawn drops the arrestee before the arrest and release is complete, the arrestee will become a prisoner and drop their inventory as usual.
  • After the command completes, the arrestee will still get the Was imprisoned mood debuff.
  • The arrestee will lose any ideology roles they hold.

Thank you for making this. I've been really struggling to come up with a way to save my colonists for their own good (and that of my chickens). It's so strange that I can't really just detain and put them in like a psych ward until they calm down, without making them hate the colony forever. (which is, admittedly, something that happens. but still!)

@Nin-Sama In vanilla if you arrest in the open they will start to take them to a cell, but you can cancel it. If you do, they will already be a prisoner, just not in a cell (so they could escape and stuff). But you can also then release them without taking them to a cell. This process works well for ending mental breaks in particular. The mod just combines the whole process into one command so you don't have to click as much.

Aren't they supposed to bring them to a cell? I can just arrest and release people in the open (And you can't have prison beds in the open), or is that a bug?

Actual Vanilla arrest is too hardcore for sure, and this mod is the only thing I have found to deal with dangerous mental breaks.

What I'm really missing is a feature to arrest colonists for some short amount of time. Like to keep them in the dark dungeon for a night or so to think more about their deeds... E.g. Dan got angry and smashed the Ban's face, so Sergeant Barrymore came and said 'No-no, bad guy!' And then Dan just walks away thinking 'Oh.. This was a bad day, they imprisoned me like an animal...' Feels kinda weird :-D

However it's working fine and doing its job. So thanks for this!

Something in my mod list conflicts and crashes another (urgent nessessary) mod, sometimes even the entire save game because of it. Still good thou.
