Burgundy Theme

Description
A simple mod that turns the UI from its vanilla blue to Burgundy. Should be Ironman compatible.

Just to be clear when the new update drops I will be remaking this mod, plus some other colour varieties. I am not currently happy with this one as I did it more as a proof of concept. Currently, my plan is to make a green and burgundy coloured mods.
