STORMY WEATHER, COME TOGETHEEEEEER!

Replaces Boomer's voice with Vermintide 2's Blightstormer + his Bacteria music + Exploding sounds.

Bacteria is his sound effect of spawning ("teleporting") from the game
Explosion sounds are the normal sound + his dying sound effect from the game
