Description
Minor Plague Doctor rework. +10 DODGE buff. Incision hits enemies in position 3, and has a strong but low chance Blight attached, that you can increase with blight chance trinkets or crits to get a lot more damage out of it.
Try it out with Blasphemous Vial + Bloody Herb!
