Norfolk Southern C40-9W No. 9823

Description
(Requested by FerrariGamingYT).
(Requires Halton's GE C40-8W pack).

(I used the Dash 8 model as I thought it was a better stand-in for a Dash 9 than the AC4400CW model).

NS 9823 was built by General Electric in March 2004, which makes her about one year and five months younger than her classmate 9701. As with her classmate, she was upgraded to 4,400 horsepower around 2013 or 2014. And if my research is correct, NS 9823 was still in service as recently as April 2021.

i asked a person to build one, be on the lookout for SD50's. and if they are released, could you still build the PRSX leaser unit?

I can certainly relate with seeing a certain type of locomotive frequently. Case in point: KiwiRail's DL class.

I don't really know since I've seen a bunch of engines, hwoever I have always wanted a C44-9w in the "Horsehead" paint scheme. I see those locomotives frequently.
