Unite Arabian Desert and Restore Ancient Egypt

Description
This mod has a few decisions in it.

Decision #1:

Combines the kingdoms of Arabia and Yemen together. If you are a king this will make all de jure land under one of these titles become de jure under whichever one you chose as your primary title. As an emperor however, whichever title you want them under needs to be the only you have. It will then add this title to the de jure empire you have as primary title.

King Example:
Primary Title is king of Arabia. The duchies under Yemen become de jure part of Arabia.

Empire Example:
Your primary Title is emperor of Persia. Only Arabia kingdom title is being held and the other one not existing. The de jure duchies under the other kingdom title becomes de jure part of Arabia, and Arabia becomes de jure part of Persia empire instead of Arabian empire.

I have also made it so the decision only shows up if you completely control one the kingdoms.

Decision #2:
This comes in 2 flavors and only 1 version should show up depending on whether you made Israel or not.

It will combine either the kingdoms of Syria, Jerusalem, and Egypt together or Syria, Israel, and Egypt. The same rules as above still apply.

Decision #3:

This one is like an Ancient Egypt version of the restore Rome decision. At one point in Egyptian history, during the reign of Ramases II, Egypt ruled over the Levant and parts of Nubia and Blemmyia. So if you gain Egypt, Syria, Jerusalem/Israel, the Nubian duchies of Nobatia, Shamir, Makuria, and Blemmyian duchy of Naquis, you will be able to restore the de jure land of Ancient Egypt at its height of power. Again uses the same transfer rules as the above decisions. Once you do you will have access to another decision to revive kushitism in most of your realm.
