Asheville Police Department Tahoe PPV

Features
-5 Liveries, clean version and varying dirt versions. Accessible through the Photon livery menu.

Known Issues
-Doesn't spawn with the livery on multiplayer. To fix this, select the livery you want with photon, use submaterial tool, copy the texture in red, place it on "skin0". Might be a Photon issue.
