Firing + Reload Sounds for Alex's OTs-14-4A 9/40 for M16

Description
Adds firing and reloading sounds, that were sourced from empty's 'FB GROT B16' and HK G41's 'OTs-14 Groza' mods respectively. Very special thanks to Alex for helping me with editing the sounds to properly fit the M16 weapon slot.

If you're confused about the name, it's called "KETCHNOV Byk-1" in PD2. I just prefer to refer to the variations by their IRL designations.
