I have updated it, Thank you for playing it and telling me how to fix it. If you wish please replay and try it again, I think the problem is the fact that I have a mod for No-Collide World, and it was set to those Items.

Near the entrance of the zombie infested area, you can go under the crashed helicopter and enter the area a second way, getting to a bit where the two rebel corpses are. I don't think this was intentional, since you can't actually get to where the zombies are. Forcing you to go back.
