Fallout music (streamed via fallout.fm) can be toggled via the Pip-Boy. You can quickly access it by pressing Shift + 3 (or by right clicking an empty spot, hovering over "Load Camera", and clicking 3). You can find it yourself near the top right portion of the board.

This is simply Fallout Ultimate Edition decorated with assets from Fallout Monopoly Remastered, the Fallout Prop Pack, the Fallout Weapon Model Pack, Fallout New Vegas Currency, and Caravan - Fallout New Vegas.
