侯王道1-3號 - 樂口福酒家


Introduction
Tenement building on Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong. Built in 1945.

The shop floor is a Chawzhou restaurant "Lok Hau Fοοk Restaurant", opened in 1954.

Pre-war buildings are very rare in Hong Kong nowadays, because of urban redevelopment and the government or developers not doing heritage conservation.


Description
This is a high-density growable residential building, level 1, 2x2.

Type in "Hong Kong RICO" in Find It! to find this building.

The stand-alone version of the neon sign: Hong Kong Neon Sign - Lok Hau Fοοk Restaurant.

Am I the only one that can not find this asset anywhere while playing? Additive Shader is active and I've tried typing "Hong Kong Growables" & "1-3 Hau Wong Road", but I only find the other assets done by Jeremychit or nothing :(
