Azazel GFX Fix [ab+]

Ever notice that Azazels horn switches sides when he turns his head left? It bothered me so I fixed it in Repentance. Now the fix is avalible for Afterbirth+!

It also fixes the timing on the lil bob in his flying animation, someday I'll extend this to other ab+ flying sprites after checking if they need the same tweak.

KNOWN ISSUES: When turning the mod on/off then going into a run Azazel's sprites display incorrectly. This is fixed by restarting the game after turning the mod on/off.
