There are 5 Field Manuals in this mission.

After starting the mission, play through until you capture the church. After capturing the church make your way to the buildings down the road from the church.The first building has the field manual in it.

After grabbing the first field manual continue down the main road.
Continue down this road until you arrive at a rock wall on your left. Past this rock wall there will be a trench. The second field manual is inside of this trench.
The second Field manual is in the open in this trench.
After getting field manual 2, return to the road and look up the mountain. Head up the mountain towards the red flag.
\After reaching the top of this hill and seeing this trench. Drop down into the trench and the field manual will be inside of the small trench.
Continue the mission normally until you come to the bunker with the bunker cannon. Field manual 4 is in the same room as the cannon.
After entering the room the field manual will be on your right.
After destroying the bunker cannon, continue towards the AA gun you're tasked with destroying. DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THE OBJECTIVE it will sunk you in and start a cutscene which will not allow you to get the 5th field manual.
Field manual 5 is on the outer wall of the trench you will encounter on your way to the AA gun.

There are 5 field manuals in this mission.

After starting the mission head down the mountain going South.
Continue down the mountain. At the bottom of the mountain there is a barn. It may be hard to see in the fog but head toward it.
Once you enter the building the 1st field manual will be right inside the door.

Defend the next objective. After your goal is to find Matteo head to the left most marker.
Enter the bunker and the field manual will be among Matteo's Squad.


Field manual 3 is probably the hardest. After the bunker objective you need to push the far right side of the fortress.
After reaching the side of the fortress, Do not enter the fortress go the right instead of left into the fortress.
You will find a secret bunker, enter it.
The third Field manual is inside of this bunker.

After getting field manual 3 enter the fortress. After entering the fortress run behind the building on the right hand side.
Run as far as you can behind the building and you will come up on the 4th field manual.

Field Manual 5 is also somewhat difficult. The center of the fortress will have a staircase. Go down this stair case to the very bottom.
The bottom of the staircase is out of bounds so you'll have 10 seconds to get this field manual. It is against the far left wall in between the bunk beds.
If you die after you get it you will keep it no matter what.
