so the suggestion is the ijn cruiser zao with 20 torpedoes 10 or 5 would do fine, on each side astern obviously astern as that is one the zaos main characteristics then 4 triple barrel main batteries a descent array of AA defence (small guns pointing at 80 70 degree angles and a small Japanese fighter aircraft the smaller secondaries that are like the main batteries but smaller
