Adds:
More traits, civics, and ethos (Mainly for gestalts)
Removes all Genocidal empires from ai generation pool
Hives can use psionic, and you can do psionic and genetic at the same time. Hives can also use xeno compat.
Adds Umbrae/Vextrea and Sombrus as a solar system initializer from my writing.
