Originally designed as The Valkyrie X-64g for Earth Gov Navy as a Recon variant,
the smaller (silent running) Aerodyne Thrusters used in its design were not powerful enough for the craft to break atmosphere on higher gravity planets (without assistance) so the Navy abandoned the development program.
Aerodyne Industries then moved the project into the public sector for use with Police and Search & Rescue. Keeping most of the Advanced Sensors, Jamming capabilities and Quiet engines/thrusters (the Military version would've also had Weapon systems and Active Camouflage)

Note: For glow effects to be visible, 'Bloom' needs to be enabled in game settings.
