@Jimmy the penalty is 0 at 100%. It's really mild though unless you have literally like 10% influence.

Well, that's interesting. At what percentage is the penalty 0? I read something about trying to keep influence at 60%.

Up to -7. There's no bonus for having your own culture.

How much happines do you get at each extreme? Whats the penalty at 0% influence, and what's the bonus at 100%?
