Shining Force II Easy Level Up

Description
This mod takes a Game Genie code to level up every time a party member attacks (only when a party member attacks, not when an enemy attacks and the party member does nothing) and injects it into the game ROM.

The utility used to do this is called "Game Genie Guy", which can be found at www.romhacking.net
