Dead Space Plasma Cutter - Colt 1911

Description
Replaces the 1911 with the Plasma Cutter. Includes custom rigging to make it move like the original cutter.

*I have not added reload animations yet so those will appear very odd, however every other animation has been tweaked.

I probably won't do separate models since dead space 1 and 2 already have several different skins. If I decide to do variants then I'll just use those
