Description
Development for ducat "UNOFFICIAL" update.
Real mod does not working for the 1.32.2 version so i decided to update it.

i dont know is it able to do but anyway i don't i time for now i have exams and i've been in quarantine for 3 weeks, i don't know anything about subjects, i have to study but i'll look at it later

Nice mod. But it is so easy to snowball, especially if you stack construction cost reduction modifiers. You can be the #1 great power with just once province by spamming the dev in your capital.

I'd consider some form of limitation for the building. Like you can't build it if the total dev of the province is more than 10. Or you can't build production dev if the current production dev of the province is more than 5. (and likewise for the other 2 types)

At the very least stop production development from being buyable in gold provinces. That's just OP lol.
