Bodypillows for Barotrauma

Description
A selection of the best waifus/husbandos/things we could find to make your nerve-wrecking life of a submariner a bit more bearable. So whenever anxiety, loneliness or anything really gets the better of you just cuddle up to your favourite pillow. Or carry it with you wherever you go, we're not here to tell you what to do.
So sleep tight and don't let the crawlers bite!

Found in city stores, wrecks, beacon stations... you name it! You can even create them yourself!

As the "development" of this mod turned into more of a chore than a hobby a very long time ago, any further pillow requests will most likely not be added any time soon. Perhaps one day but not now.
We are open to your requests for new bodypillow designs so feel free to ask if you find your favourite thing missing from this mod!
We don't kinkshame here! Except for when we do...

Current features:

- 192 unique bodypillows. ( Full list in the "Discussions" tab. )

- A special "Bodypillow Fabricator" which can be crafted at the regular fabricator. A portable fabricator which can be placed down by holding the aim button and pressing "E". It can be detached by pressing "E" again. Must be connected to a power source to function.

- The bodypillows actually help soothe your nerves and try to prevent you from losing your mind by slowly but surely building up your psychosis resistance. Well, most of them...

- Two versions for each bodypillow. One which can be placed onto a wall as a decoration and one which is only for carrying around as a stress-reliever.

- You can store the bodypillows in diving suit lockers.

- As a premium comfort item not necessarily required to push the frontiers of colonisation on Europa bodypillows are only sold at established cities ( Alien category to make browsing the store as clear as possible given the sheer amount of bodypillows ). That does not however necessarily mean that city folk are the only ones interested in bodypillows and so military, mining, research and regular outposts are willing to pay a tiny bit extra for these goods.

WORD OF WARNING:
It is highly advised upon your first interaction with the fabricator to place it down and select a random pillow. If you craft the fabricator, throw it on the ground instead of grabbing it from the regular fabricator and then pick it up the crafting UI will open. DO NOT CLICK ANY PILLOWS WHILE IN THIS STATE, IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME. Simply click outside of this UI window, place the fabricator down and select a random pillow. This way you prevent the previously described crash from occurring. This crash only occurs when you carry the fabricator and no pillow has previously been selected by anyone. Therefore placing the fabricator down and selecting a pillow prevents this crash from happening to you or anyone else in your crew. No fix is currently known to us save for removing the bodypillow fabricator altogether.

Any and all of your feedback is much appreciated so feel free to let us know if there is something on your mind regarding our little mod!

Glad to hear people are still having fun with this mod, especially since it came to be as more of a "3AM" kind of idea and not something serious.

this is such a delightfully silly mod, we love searching for collectible bodypillows as we explore

Maybe one day but for now we are long done with the mod. What used to be a hobby turned into a chore and even after many months, there is still next to no will to update it once more.

What started as about 15 pillows bloated all the way to 192 which I think is a respectable amount for a sh*tty little joke mod like this. That and all the other features - fabricator, psychosis resistance gain, 2 versions for each pillow and the ability to put them inside diving suit lockers and actually see them inside (to be fair I think that the ability to do that also introduced an issue where bots will be satisfied with a bodypillow instead of a diving suit in case of a leak but oh well, sacrifices must be made sometimes, I find storing them in diving suit lockers too funny to remove it because of bots.)

that or the AI is just really down bad and would rather die with their waifu then fix the gaping hole caused by a moloch

Could be, since they're tagged as deepdiving, the AI thinks it's a diving suit, so they keep trying to put it on until something else takes priority

they're not smart, they'll keep trying until they die or something else takes priority

I could possibly see the AI grabbing a bodypillow when in search a diving suit since they are tagged as "deepdiving" to make the whole "store them in the diving suit cabinet" trick work but welding tools...? That's just weird.

To be fair the mod never really was tested with bots, it was always intended as more of a multiplayer addition to mess around with and have a few laughs about how stupid it is but I personally don't really see why the AI would want to grab a bodypillow unless they are panicking about drowning and or being crushed by water pressure at said moment due to the previously mentioned "deepdiving" tag the bodypillows have.

TLDR: Not sure I can since I don't even know what causes it...?

can you fix the AI thinking the body pillows are welding tools?
they literally wont do anything while holding one, and if you take it, they just grab another
