CHKL Long Range Combat Hardcore

Description
Hardcore version of the Long Range Combat mod which main changes are:

--- Ranges ---

Small Firearms: 250-400 meters.
Mortars: 500+ meters.
Artillery: 900-1200+ meters.
Rocket Artillery: 700+ meters.
Tank main guns: 500-1100+ meters.

--- Vision ---

For MP was increased by 70%. For SP was increased duplicated.

--- Interface ---

Some minor indicators were disabled, specially the "Piercing" capabilities of the guns, so it won't show if the gun can pierce or not.

--- Values ---

Penetration values now are 1:1 matching with IRL values/distances, so not many tanks are safe at close distance combats.

--- Accuracy ---

All guns accuracy has been rebalanced to match the change of the maximum distances, keep in mind was done taking into account the gameplay, mostly due the size of the actual maps of the game.

Hey there! I am getting reproducible CTDs with this mod quite regularly on the start of a Conquest-match (assumedly on spawning of the first wave of AI-reinforcements) on certain maps (e. g. Shiryayevo, Radekhiv, Isigny Ruins), especially when playing against Germany (as US). I have been using CHKL alongside Colditz', Bret's Audio Overhaul, (Liberated Nations), Conquest Equality/Realistic Difficulty, Prep Timer Extended and BM (in this order with CHKL positioned just before BM) for over a year without issue. The crashes started after the latest update, in earlier releases I didn't encounter such (in regards to my config), and they seem to stop with this mod disabled.
