Now free of submods!

Hello all.
Today I bring you an addon to OccupationalItemsOnSpawn that adds support for modded clothing.
Currently it includes support for clothing for the following:
* my TWDRickGrimesSheriff mod, and my RavenCreekPD mod. Adding them to the police officer outfits.
* The ProperOfficerSkins mod, adding the uniform there to the police officer outfits.
* My new SmallTownResponders mod, adding the uniforms to their respective professions.
* A couple needed additions to the vanilla police, doctor, park ranger, and nurse outfits.

Feel free to drop some suggestions for outfits for the various vanilla occupations in the discussions tab!
