Description


A one-shot item from the IPECAC Community Mod, made into its own thing while we still sort out what to do with it!


- 1 new item: Curse of the Stars
- Gives you permanent Curse of the Blind, but all items of quality 0 or 1 are rerolled into higher qualities
- Items of quality 1 are only reroleld once, so they can still show up, just less frequently
- Curse of The Blind can be removed through the standard means (Black Candle, confessionaries, dagaz)
- This item is part of the Curse Room and Red Chest pools


This was made for a bet between Spearkiller and WhetThyPsycho, but made public so you can enjoy it and contribute with your feedback. What do you think? Should we later incorporate it into the main mod, or better to just leave it as this standalone?

what would happen if you picked up black candle with this?

Honestly, I really like this item. The idea of hiding items but still showing which qualities they are is actually fairly forthcoming but also gives you some way of determining whether or not you want to pick up the item.

Since you asked, I would totally love to see this in the main mod pack, so it is a bit of a shame this stand-alone item has gotten so little attention.
