Description
More than just an upscale!

This mod replaces a large amount of the vanilla particle effects with brand new, high definition particles created from scratch, while attempting to preserve AoM's original style.

I'm guessing Steam didn't fully download the mod. If you open your mod folders, you can check for any files that end with .MOD. If so, those are unfinished downloads.

Probably, I guess. I don't use that mod, I have my own improved visual mods.
