Fix Exalted Martyr XP Gain

Description
The Exalted Martyrs upgrade states that it makes Martyrs gain 50% more XP. That was false.
This mod fixes that bug. After researching the upgrade, Martyrs gain the Quick Learner ability, and thus earn 50% more XP as intended.
