The Tyr-class battleship of the AGI Task Force was once the heavy weapons platform of the Earth Fleet, capable of leveling entire Xenon stations and capital ships of its time. Decommissioned along with several ships of the USC and ATF, its role was taken over by its successor - the Asgard-class battleship.

Amidst the Jump Gate shutdown and the founding of the Terran Protectorate, a contingent of Terran military engineers banded together to update several USC/ATF designs to modern standards, with the Tyr having its vertical-facing turrets replaced with modular medium turrets, and also seeing a dramatic increase in size at the cost of manoeuvrability to capture the intimidating force projection of the Terrans.

Although the blueprint was finished and approved, the Protectorate decided to keep deploying the Asgard due to its flexibility in the new theater of war and lower operating cost. On the other hand, pilots in good standing with the Protectorate are able to obtain a copy of the blueprint for a hefty sum.

  • Hull: 1,620,000
  • Shields: 4x XL + Tyr Internal Generator
  • Turrets: 24x Large (Terran/High-Energy), 16x Medium
  • Docks: 4 S docks (no storage)
  • Handling: Average

HOW TO OBTAIN
The Terran Protectorate representative sells the blueprint as long as you have the Protectorate Capital Ship licence (Don't forget to get the internal generator too!).

Not really, since it would be really OP (which is already quite as is right now with the # of turrets).

This is an amazing Battleship! I just wanted to ask, since it has that giant glowing hole in the front and it is a Battleship, are you thinking of adding/could you add the Asgard's main super laser to this battleship?

i think the reaon it doesnt work for me it is conflicting with another ship mod not sure wich one i have lots

100 Percent not in my game and not showing in creative menu. i have got it showing as an active mod in my extenstions folder and not red so may be a mod conflict is my guess.

@CDEEKS The easiest way to check if the ship is in your game is to try and select it as your starting ship on the Custom Game Editor
