Bad Blood

You and your blood brother Sasamune build a nice little fortified city at the beaches of China. Sadly, it seems like you can’t get any rest, as you have been spotted by Quin Shi Huang and his allies. He thinks you are a thread to his empire, and as much as you try to convince him, he just wont trust you. He has not talked about beginning a war with you, but you he likes to come with the element of surprise to leave no chance for his foes.

READ THIS BEFORE PLAYING:

• In this map I introduced 2 new “mechanics”, which change the way you approach it. The first is that there are unique resource caches marked by statues and their corresponding resource. Whoever has troops near them will get those resources in a variable time interval. So trying to hold these so you get more and the enemy’s less is key. The second is warlords being able to spawn reoccurring invasions that will attack whoever is their enemy at that time. This makes capturing them even more important and makes for more attacks you can support or have to defend.
• You are not allowed to have more than 64 population. If you have more, you lose, so I would recommend saving a lot if you accidently build more houses you are allowed to.
• As always, there are many normal hidden resource caches. Find them for some one-time extra stuff


Mission 1: Collect 100 stone
Well, despite your intuiting, Qin’s Aggression caught you off guard. Your walls are in shambles, just ruins everywhere. At least Sasamune could defend himself and kept most of his defenses. Now it’s time to rebuild, and you will need a lot of stone for that.
Mission 2: Kill Samhalla the great
Now that you have regained some strength its time to strike back. Samhalla the great seems like an easy target, with no walls and just a huge city with weak troops…
Mission 3: Defeat Quin Shi Huang
Now it is time for the big guy, it shall be a battle for the centuries. Better prepare for a big bloodbath on both sides and coordinate you attacks with your brothers
Mission 4: Survive the oncoming onslaught
Your last enemy falls before you, and you think you are safe. However, you have the bad feeling you missed someone, that may try to kill you in your weakened position, but it is just a feeling…

1. Until day 20, store 1000 tea for 1000 years of good luck
2. Until day 35, build the 2 biggest temples for a heavenly surprise
3. Build all good or bad fearfactor buildings for a corresponding type of support
4. Capture all 8 big resource caches for unique units
5. Capture all 7 warlords for another heavenly punishment for your foes


Quin might have issues using his troops right, however I honestly don’t think I can fix this as I can’t edit the AI. If you find any bugs or just want to give feedback, just leave a comment :).
