PMW-SV-ShiroMiru (recon miner lvl 20 SC3 no aux Reforged)

Pear's Motor Works' entry for last month's Anvil designers challenge, hosted by xcaliber. The ShiroMiru in Reforged trim is a recon SV, that has a lot of storage volume, light shield, enough weapons and 10 drills! But also.. easily converted to more combative roles..
Main idea is that you can take this low drag, big win span SV around a star system to explore planets without burning loads of fuel.. and nibble on some goodies in space or under ground (with some patience) while you are at it!
It even will be able to contest shielded opponents and bases, the laser turrets and cannons will eat shields for breakfast! Current set up is so that you are able to take off with your whole cargo filled with iron ingots. It will take off, but it wont get to max speed and power is tight. Upgrade her to your own needs as you fill up her cargo systems!
You could of course switch the drills for.. a heavier shield? weapons? Plenty of expansion options on board: room for 4 more medium thrusters, up or down to suit your needs; high grav miner? sure. More agility to make her more combat focussed? sure! The wings also allow for more front or back thrust, be it at the cost of ammo storage space, but you can switch one of the main cargo systems to carry ammo, if push comes to shove. There is also space to add more power generators and or some aux cores.
PMW tried to devellop a basic frame that you can tailor to suit your own needs.
