Relocate Mutator

Version1.0:
With the Relocate mutator you are able to click on other bots or yourself and relocate yourself somewhere else.
The mutator has some configuration options.

Update time: How long between every click you can reassign or redo an action.

Select range: Range at how far you can select actors.

Select keybind: The keybind you are going to use to select actors/bots/player.

Locate keybind: The keybind you are going to use to place actors/bots/player.

Freeze keybind: The keybind you are going to use to freeze and unfreeze actors/bots/player. They can still shoot at targets while frozen.

-Turn on the endless instant action in the game options menu to enjoy this mod!

-Not all edge cases have been tested yet so feel free to lemme know any possible bug.
