Changes the calculation for how cultivator flying speed is calculated.

New formula is now:
(MoveSpeed - 3) + 10% of Artifact Mastery Skill + ( 5 * Cultivator's Meridians)

why dont you （old formula）× 2 directly ？this mod has a bug，cant use Soul Place 。
