Zhou Yu is Brilliant (No Ceo Changes)

Description
Ever wonder why Zhou Yu didn't get Brilliant even tho he should've, well this fixes that and with no compatibility issues whatsoever, I have changed a single ceo or anything, just scripting.

if you get Zhou Yu and he doesn't have Brilliant just reload the save and he should then have it.

Brilliant replaces resourceful to keep that starting 3 traits.

Works with TUP, MTU, and almost any overhauls that haven't changed traits ids.


Leaves any character traits you want changed in the comments.

Pang Tong should have brillant too (afaik he doesnt), but i guess is not priority since most players barely see him on liu bei playtrough (unless moded)

Sickly I probably will change that.

Ji Ling will happen soon.

Sun Ce has good traits, I might just add on a fourth trait for him.

replace sickly for yuan shang to any other fitting trait
i think sun ce has reckless, make him charismatic or something else
ji ling should get formidable instead of incomplicated
