Expand Trade Command Size

This mod roughly doubles the X and Y dimensions for the trade command.

I standardized this area along with my procure and sell mods, so it's 41x41 sectors for the square size, and proportional increases for the rectangle sizes.

It will slow the trade UI down slightly due to increased calculations. It is save game compatible. Multiplayer compatibility is unknown.

Known bugs:
- trade ships stay at their delivery location and do not return to origin
