If you didn't notice that little comment. I am done and will no longer be making any ROA Mods until further notice.

Story
After all of his days in the main Mario games. He decides to be in ROA to wack them opponents!
Credits; AwesomeZack for the sprites and me rigging some + a new pallette


Please NOTE
As I am more of a person who creates sprites but not much for coding Unlike say... how M.U.G.E.N code works.
If you're willing to help improve this character. Feel free to help me or just at least improve him.


What is left?
-Someone who can at least help me code this. I am not a GML code type person.
Like his Uspecial kinda needs to be nerfed. (Left out from Sandbert's USpecial)

-Possible moves from certain sources that doesnt depict him in his ride.

Possible things worked on for the future (If i have enough motivation)
-Actual palettes than sandbert's palettes left out (A lil help was done by a friend for a few palettes in a Discord DM)
-Color separation Ditto on whats said above that. But with those weird colors that actually give them more variety.
-Maybe re-work his sprites (Could redo a few with the same sprites) or give him new ones (May take longer)

As much as I like to imagine him out of his clown car than in for amoveset. I have lost interest on ROA character making as well as the game.

It's only up to someone else who maybe have a better experience on GML code than Me.
As for this unfinished character. (I do not mind credit but thats the least who ever has the character modding experience can try)
