Description
Tweaks the Extra Cache and the Perfect Cache to be a bit more worth, IMO.

New stats:
- Extra Cache:
Price raised to 1500 (formerly 900)
Now increases Cargo by 7 (formerly 3)

- Perfect Cache:
Price raised to 4500 (formerly 3000)
Now increases Cargo by 15 (formerly 8)

May be a bit unbalanced, or no, those changes are totally subjetive under my point of view. Have fun.
