This is a port of this Fallout NV mod[www.nexusmods.com] by Millenia.

It features a sight and the ridiculous magazine that hold 100 rounds, like a certain other gun here.

I get rid of the silencer because it doesn't really work here, there is no silence rifle to use as a template.
