SR-15 'Accelerator'

This is a port of the Accelerator from the Service Rifle mod for Fallout 4[www.nexusmods.com] by DeadPool2099.

It is basically an AR-15 with a gauss module on its barrel that accelerates bullet speed, hence the name.
Gameplay-wise, I give it about 66% more damage per shot and make firing speed slightly slower, since we can assume even with the basically magic technology of the Falloutverse, it still takes a fraction of a second to charge those gauss coils.

Yeah, I know the muzzle flash is supposed to be blue, but is not like I can change it.
Also, I can't really extract the original firing SFX, so what is used here is an alternative.
