Arknights Kroos Kokodayo Witch Cry

Replaces all the witch's crying sounds with Kroos's "Kokodayo". I made this as a bit and it was harder than it should have been.

Also this is my first time actually modding a game like this so let me know if it's too quiet or too loud or whatever and I can try to fix it when I have the time, because I probably messed something up and/or did not make this as well as I could have.

UPDATE 12-13-22: All sounds have been made MUCH closer to the volume of the original witch sounds. Also fixed the weird high pitch error this update caused.
