Anyhow, yes, I do have one mod that includes allowing me to change stats for all units in the game. Will try disable that one later and see if that fixes it, thank you :)

It is the voice response when i click on the unit when I'm having a custom battle.
The default background voice the unit makes is female though.

You have another mod that is interfering with it then. Most likely a start position mod if it is the campaign voice and most likely a major unit stat overhaul mod if it is battle voice.
